The Moonlight Adventure of Little Bear
Every night, after the stars twinkled awake and the forest grew quiet, Little Bear would snuggle into his bed of soft leaves. But tonight felt different. The moon was extra big and bright, and it whispered down to him, "Come explore!"
Little Bear blinked sleepily. "Me? Explore? But it's bedtime!"
The moon giggled. "Just a tiny adventure!"
Curious, Little Bear tiptoed out of his den. The forest was bathed in silver light. Fireflies floated like tiny lanterns, and the trees swayed as if dancing to a secret song.
First, Little Bear met a wise old owl perched on a branch. "Where are you going, Little Bear?" asked the owl.
"I'm... not sure yet," said Little Bear. "Maybe where the moonlight leads me!"
The owl winked. "Then follow the silver path."
Little Bear padded along a trail of glowing moss until he found a sparkling stream. There, a family of turtles were having a midnight race. They cheered when Little Bear helped the littlest turtle cross the finish line!
At the end of the stream, a hill rose tall against the sky. Little Bear climbed and climbed until he reached the top—and gasped. From there, he could see the whole forest sparkling under the stars. It was more beautiful than he ever dreamed!
The moon smiled down and whispered, "Time to go home, brave explorer."
Little Bear yawned the biggest yawn and made his way back to his cozy den. As he drifted off to sleep, he thought, The world is full of magic... if you just follow the moonlight.
