Brian stood far away, watching silently. His fists slowly tightened, and his heart felt heavy.
Brian was very jealous of Dylan. He wanted to win. He wanted people to cheer for him, too. A strong wave of jealousy filled his chest like a storm. He didn’t understand how Dylan could win so easily. Brian trained every day, pushing his body to the limit, but he still failed. Dylan, however, barely practiced and still came out on top. Looking up at the shining Dylan, Brian kept wondering, What makes you so special? You never had a hard life like me. Brian looked confident and kind on the outside, but inside, he felt angry and jealous. Because of this, Brian smiled and acted friendly toward Dylan, but inside, his JEALOUSY kept growing stronger and darker.

“I need to outsmart him with a plan… Ah ha ha ha!” Brian whispered, a cold smile forming on his face. A very, very dark idea came into his mind.
For a whole month, Brian secretly worked on his plan. Instead of practicing running, he stayed alone, mixing strange and dangerous materials. Bottles, powders, and liquids covered his table. The sharp smell filled the air.
Finally, he held up a small bottle filled with a DARK liquid.
“This will definitely hurt Dylan,” Brian said proudly, his eyes shining.

One evening, Brian invited Dylan to a quiet restaurant.
The lights were dim, and soft music played in the
background."Let's have a drink, Dylan!" Brian said with a fake smile," Okay.." Dylan replied slowly. His eyes narrowed a
little. Something didn't feel right.
Gulp. Gulp.

Dylan drank the liquid. A few seconds later, his body froze.
“This isn’t just a drink…” Dylan thought.
Suddenly…
A BURNING pain spread through his body like fire.
“Ah!” Dylan cried out, grabbing his chest.
“Are you okay?” Brian asked, but then he began to laugh.
“I knew my plan would work!” he said.
Dylan collapsed onto the cold floor, too weak to stand. The room felt silent and heavy.
But Brian’s laugh slowly faded. A strange feeling filled his heart. He thought he would feel happy… but he didn’t.

Then Brian said, “There’s a competition in Taipei, at a place called Taipei 101—”
“I know,” Dylan interrupted gently. “But can I go?”
At that moment, the doctor walked in.
“Your right foot is injured,” the doctor said seriously. “You must rest. You cannot run or exercise until it heals.”
Dylan’s eyes widened.
“Oh no!” he shouted, his voice filled with shock and disappointment.

See what is next ...
The climax is coming!

Brian and Dylan were in the middle of the race. The stadium was filled with cheering fans. Their shouts and claps sounded like thunder. The sun was bright above their head, making the track dazzling.
Dylan’s leg hurt a lot. Each step felt heavy; he could only “walk” in slow motion. His chest felt tight, and his heart pounded like a drum.
“Keep going… don’t stop,” Dylan whispered to himself, teeth clenched.
He pushed forward, even though every step made him want to collapse.
Brian ran fast in front, like a flash. His legs moved quickly and smoothly.
“I’m going to win!” Brian thought, smiling with excitement.
