In our garage, back home in Florida, a kitty used to live, but now that she's older, and needs help much more, she likes it more inside.

Shall I start from the beginning? Or spoil it and ruin the end, or shall I start in the middle, where she used to fiddle, with everything she would find?

I think the beginning is good, because that's where she sees our house, but I won't tell you anymore, for you must read on, to find out what happens at our door.

I don't know why she chose our house, it was just another one on the street, but I'm glad she did, and we found out, because she's just so sweet. We were suspicious about the hair, fur, and snakes at our door. But then we found out on one happy morning that it was a kitty, no more!

    We looked at her neck, and there was no collar! So we didn't know what to do! But after a few days of coming, we took her in because deep down we knew that she really liked us! So we picked her up, and brushed off all of the morning dew.

After a few days of living in the garage, we finally found one thing we forgot to do. We forgot to name her of course, for that was very important we knew.

My older sister, Vanya, she's thirteen now. She announced a perfect name, "Petunia!" she said with a bounce.

From then on, we've called her Petunia, and she reminds me of a flower! A Petunia especially, they're sweet, bright, patient, and beautiful. They all match up to my wonderful Petunia, both flower and kitty.
