Once upon a time in a land far 

away, four witches were giving 

their blessings to a baby 

princess. One of the witches was 

shamed upon for dabbling in dark 

magic. Most of the Kingdom, 

including the other witches, 

ignored and barely tolerated her. 

Two of the witches blessed the 

baby, one with wisdom and the 

other with beauty. The last of the 

three good witches couldn't 

decide what the baby shall be 

blessed with, so she waited for 

the dark witch to go first. The 

dark witch was so fed up with 

this rude treatment that she 

burdened the baby with death at 

the age of fifteen.

The last witch tried her best to reverse the curse, but all she could do was 

change death into a deep sleep. The queen and king were so grateful, so they 

invited the three young witches to stay at the castle to watch over their princess 

until it came time for her to fall to her deep sleep. The princess grew up 

surrounded by ladies. The only man the princess knew was her father.

The princess spent her time 

with her protectors, the 

witches, and with the 

commoner's daughters. Her 

best friend was a girl named 

Ella. Ella was always the 

dirtiest of the girls, with 

cinder all over her, so the 

other girls, full of envy, called 

her Cinderella. Aurora, the 

young princess, only ten, 

decided to save her friend. 

She, secretly, proposed in 

marriage, to make her best 

friend a queen one day. 

Neither of the girls knew 

about the curse.
