It was supposedly just a normal day on June
5th. I was up to my normal hobby of playing
games at the time of the incident.

I was playing single-player Minecraft when
suddenly, a bright light came from the
computer screen. When the light died down, I
was unconscious.

“Uh my aching head!” I thought as I felt my
head. But something was different. My head
felt…flat. I looked all around and all I saw was
blocks…grass blocks, leaf blocks, woodblocks,
everything was blocks.

“I must be in Minecraft,” I thought. Sadness
overflowed me as I realized I might never see my
parents again. However, there was hope – If I was
able to be the boss I might be able to get back.
The big problem was that I was in hardcore mode,
which meant I could not re-spawn. “Well,” I
thought, “I better start punching wood.”

By night-time, I had a small hut with no roof.
Spiders were coming in so hard, I had to go
underground. I placed my bed down and I
slept.

On the 50th day, which is like 2 hours in real
time, I had a nether portal (which brings you to
a different dimension). I suited up in iron armor
and went through. I was instantly hit with a fire
ball. I took out my bow and killed the Ghast (a
spirit that lives in the nether) that had fired it.

The fire burned badly, but my armor took most
of the damage. I got what I needed, a few
Ghast tears, and went home. I made healing
potions with the tears and went to the
stronghold.
