        This is Tara. Her hair is always tangled.

Her mom tried to brush her hair,   but it was just too 

tangled!

Her dad tried to brush her hair, but it was just too 

tangled!

Sometimes Tara would lose items in her hair               

because it was just too tangled!

 One time she found her grandpa's keys tangled   

 in her hair!

Another time she found her grandma's socks tangled   

in her hair!

Her baby brother even ended up all tangled in her 

hair!

Tara's mom was tired of the tangled mess. Her 

dad was tired of the tangled mess. Her whole 

family was tired of the tangled mess. They didn't 

quite know what to do.

She loved her tangles just fine, even if everyone 

else didn't.

Her friends told her she looked like she had been 

struck by lightning. They also told her to watch 

out for bats getting all tangled up in her hair.
