One evening, Lellow’s friends were 

sleeping in front of the fire when they heard a strange noise. 

They woke up and ran to the window.

        They thought they were dreaming so they 

went to the bathroom, where they washed 

their eyes and forgot about what they saw. 

Suddenly, something hit the door, the friends 

were afraid. So they waited and waited, and 

waited."Who's there.? Shouted Lellow.

     "We are cinq friendly aliens." Replied the faint 

voice outside the door.     

"Un, Deux,Trios, Quatre, Cinq friendly aliens." Said a high-pitched voice.

 1,       2,      3,      4,      5.   Said another high-

pitched voice.

Curiosity piqued, and Lellow peeped through the door peephole.

Five little aliens were standing there, smiling and jumping 

up in the air like they don't care.

    "Open the door." Said Mo, the monkey 

eagerly, as he copied the alien’s language.

"Un! Un! Un!" he repeated, smiling and 

jumping up in the air like he just doesn't care.

"What are they saying?" He asked.

   "They are saying 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, in French," replied Leah Grace.   I can speak French because I learned it in school. "Un , Deux, Trios, Quatre, Cinq, means 1, 2, 3, 4, 5."   Explained Leah.

The friends were still afraid, so Lellow took a cricket 

bat and walked towards the door and opened it.   

 Five little aliens were standing there 

smiling and jumping up in the air like they just 

don't care.

 "Pourrions-nous avoir une tasse de thé s'il 

vous plaît?" Asked the five little aliens.

 "Could we have a cup of tea, he please?"   Leah 

explained the meaning. 

The five little aliens were holding hands and 

jumping up in the air like they don't care.

   Lellow the lion and his friends burst into 

laughter before asking the five little aliens to 

come into the house. 

Lellow put some water on the stove for the 

tea and gave the five little aliens some tea 

and cakes...

The five little aliens explained the reasons for 

their visit. They wanted to make friends.

Lellow and his friends were no longer afraid 

of the five little aliens.
