The capital city of Malta is Valletta.

Valletta is one of the biggest cities in 

Malta.   Our flag is red and white.   On 

the white side there is the George 

Cross.   We were given the George 

Cross by the British.   

In Malta we even have the Three 

Cities.   The Three Cities are 

Senglea, Cospicua and Vittoriosa.  

My school is in Birgu.   It is called 

De La Salle College.   The Three 

Cities are surrounded by great 

walls. These walls protected the 

Three Cities from war.  

The Maltese traditional food is the 

rabbit.   Maltese people also eat 

cheesecakes and other traditional 

food like bigilla and snails.   We also 

have our traditional sweets and 

drinks.   Even our bread is different 

then other countries.   Food in Malta 

is simply delicious.  

Our weather is mostly sunny in 

summer.   We do not have very cold 

weather in winter and we never get 

snow.   In Malta we have a lot of 

sandy and rocky beaches.   We also 

have the Blue Lagoon which is found 

in Comino.   My favourite beach is 

Paradise Bay.
