A rural community is a piece of land with lots of open space. It can also have...lots of trees, farms, and fields. There also might be many animals. Barns also tend to be in a rural community. The farmers work in it or just outside of it. They wake up early to be prepared for lots of hard work! Everything is so far apart. The closest neighbor to you can be miles away! On the ends of rural communities, there are mountains occasionally.

An urban community is a city. In an urban community, there are... airports, trains, buildings, cars (lots of them!). There can also be... people from all around the world, tunnels and bridges, and lots of NOISE! If you lost your car or something, you would probably have to walk a LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Examples of urban communities are NYC (New York City), Buenos Aires, Tokyo and Newark. I wouldn't want to live in a urban community because I would have to walk a lot!
