There are now many differentnationalities in New Zeland. Almost a quarter of the population of New Zeland have got Scottish ancestors . Scottish national dress ( the kilt) , music(the bagpipes) and festivals.Nowadays,New Zeland is very multicultural.
In 2005, a census showed that about 7 out of 10 New Zealanders had a European background.The others had Maori , Pacific Island or Asian ancestors .
