Ingredients
2 cups of 2% milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla
1/4 cup chocolate chips

How to Make Penguin Pops
Step 1: Measure 2 cups of milk and pour it into a big bowl. You should have an adult help you do this so you don't spill it!
Step 2: Measure 1/2 cup of sugar and add it into the same bowl with the milk.
Step 3: Stir with a large wooden spoon for 1 minute.
Step 4: Once the milk and sugar are mixed together, have an adult help you carefully measure 1 teaspoon of vanilla.

Step 5: Dump the vanilla into the bowl and stir.
Step 6: Set out 8 dixie cups and have an adult help you carefully pour the milk mixture into the cups. Be careful! It's easy to spill!
Step 7: Freeze the peguin pops for 2 hours. Have an adult help you add the chocolate chips and popsicle sticks.
Step 8: Freeze until solid, remove from cups, and enjoy!
