Once upon a time in a land far, far away, in a kingdom named Oregon, a little baby was born. His name was Andrew. He had an older brother Miles and an older sister Eliza. The brother and sister always talked about life in San Francisco.

They missed eating at Pho Ha Tien,

spending time with their cousins, and playing at Sunnyside park.

Andrew decided that he wanted to go to San Francisco. It was going to be a little challenging to get there, because the first time he tried to go, he didn’t make it any further than the lap he was sitting in.

Eventually, Andrew got up and tried crawling to San Francisco… but only made it to the gate at the top of the stairs. He couldn’t open the gate.

Miles and Eliza always loved to play in the driveway. The next time they went out to play Andrew made a break for it. He got to the end of the block but his knees were so scraped and sore that he couldn’t go another step.

He looked out the gate at the end of his block and thought: “That doesn’t look like San Francisco.” He tried to say "San Francisco” to his mommy and daddy but it just came out as...

One day, his daddy pulled out the Pack-And-Play. He got all the suitcases from the closet. He cleaned all of their dirty laundry.

Mommy folded everyone’s clothing into neat piles and put them into the suitcases. They all got into the car.

They drove for a long, long time. Andrew got tired and grumpy. He tried to cry to his mommy and daddy but they still had a long way to drive. Eliza crossed her arms, and Miles fell asleep. It was so quiet in the car that Andrew couldn’t keep his eyes open any longer.
