Rachel had been going to Brook Side Elementary for two years. She had a few friends but not many.

She was being bullied by Bob on the play ground everyday at recess. He would make fun of her hair, and call her mean names.

Rachel would go home every night and cry to her mom about how mean Bob was to her everyday. Her mom told her that she would try to see if there was something she could do to fix it.

The next day in school nothing changed, because the bulling still took place. Rachel knew her dream of being a doctor like her mom would never come true if she could not focus in school.

When Rachel got home that night her mom asked her what she thought about being home schooled. She wasn't very sure but she said it was worth the try.

The next day at school Rachel gathered all of her things from school, and she went home very excited to start homeschooling.

The next day Rachel was able to sleep late and do her school work in her pj's. She got all of her work done and had plenty of time to spare to go play with her friend next door who were also home schooled.
