There was once a flower named Rose.
All she wanted to do was grow!
So, she needed to learn how to.

She went out into the yard,
And tried very hard,
But nothing would do.

She became very sad,
And started to feel bad
So, she started turning blue.

Her friend named Doug
Saw her sad, so he gave her a hug
And said what she needed to do.

The process sounds hard but can be fun.
First, you must take energy from the sun.
You let the energy soak into you.

Next, you must look around
And get water from the ground.
This will help you get through.

You must then get carbon dioxide from the air
Hang in there, you're almost there.
This helps you create energy too.
