In previous book 4 Alex and Steve have found Alex's old village. However Steve had to go back to his village because of an emergency. Now Alex is alone with all her village friends.. but what can she do when Hero Brine attacks her village? Read to find out.

Alex swung her sword across Hero Brine and it hit him, plus threw him back a great distance. Alex ran into her castle and slammed the door shut. But she later saw TNTs in her castle!! Alex tried to run out but the TNTs blew. Alex flew back. She tried to get up but fell back down. "Ouch....."She said. Luckily she was able to get up.

Alex got up and held her sword out bravely. Villagers looked out their windows. "I am fighting for my village, my friends and my home! And you will never destroy here, and you will die! I won't let my village down, not today, not tomorrow, NEVER!!" Alex yelled. Villagers started grinning. Some came out of their houses with iron swords, and others came out with wooden swords. Alex grinned for she knew her village friends were helping her. Hero Brine grinned evil like. "boohoo, I'm so scared!!" He said making a sad face. Alex rolled her eyes. Alex slammed Hero Brine, and he blocked her. Hero Brine slammed Alex back and she fell hard. Out of nowhere, Steve surprised Hero Brine! "STEVE!" Alex saw.

Steve hit Hero Brine strongly and went to Alex. "I heard your village was in danger so I rushed here!" Steve said. "Cool." Alex said back. Alex and Steve got ready to fight with the villagers when Steve's sword touched with Alex's hard and a huge strike of power came out, charging towards Hero Brine. Hero Brine's eyes widened, and he said "The flame power!!" He ran and ran different ways but the power kept following him! Alex chuckled a bit. Eventually it hit Hero Brine and he died, and never came back to the village again. "What was that?"Alex asked. "The flame power. Only two of the strongest relationships can make the power true." Steve said. Alex smiled and hugged Steve. Steve stayed here.
