I grow from a plant. There are many kinds of plants in the world. Every day, you should eat plants!

Plants start as seeds. When you plant seeds, they grow under ground. Seeds need water, sunlight, and soil to grow.

When seeds start to grow into tiny plants they are called shoots. Shoots grow big and tall.

When plants are fully grown, you can eat the fruit or vegetables. The grown up plants leave their seeds for us to grow again.
