Only One of Few
Kenny walker became on of only 5 football players, who were deaf, to ever play in the NFL. He was picked by the Denver Broncos in 1991 and played defense for the team for two seasons.

Where He Started
Kenny made the high school football team as a starter when he was in the tenth grade. His athletic body and tough love from his brothers got him there. Being the youngest of six children, Kenny's siblings never let him feel sorry or have pity about his disability.

Time to Shine
After graduation from Crane High School, Kenny was awarded a football scholarship to the University of Nebraska. He became a very big story at college by overcoming his deafness. He was titled as one of the best defensive linemen in the country.
