Sam the rabbit and Hashim the deer were childhood friends and spent every minute together. Sam was a fluffy white rabbit with long, thick hair. He had green eyes and long eye lashes. Hashim, the deer, had silky brown hair with big round brown eyes.

Sam was more on the wild side, and Hashim was more calm and never did anything crazy. They lived in the woods together and always looked out for each other.

They helped each other find food and did everything together. The woods were their home and they made a plan to always stay there.

One day it was really rainy and the weather was the worst it had ever been. It was cold and dark, and the rain was pouring hard. It was muddy and wet everywhere they could see.

The leaves on the trees were falling down due to how hard the storm was.

Sam and Hashim were usually hunting for food at this time, but it was too dangerous to go out now. Sam was really impatient and didn't think anything bad would happen.

Hashim thought it was a better idea to stay in their shelter where they were safe and wait for the storm to lighten up.

Sam was too hungry to wait because he had not eaten anything all day.

They waited in the dark gloomy shleter and Sam was ready to go get food as they already waited long enough. He didnt know why Hashim was so afraid as it was only just rain and a little thunder.

Sam had enough of waiting and was ready to leave with or without Hashim, so he made his way out into the woods while Hashim stayed in the same spot.

Hashim watched Sam leave and thought it was a terrible idea, the storm was only getting worse.
