Sheila was a small baby when her parents left her. She was put in an orphan home, but the owner Mrs. Levine, did not like Sheila. She made her mom, sweep, and cook. Plus, she would get little food, and go to bed late. She would only get 3 hours of sleep each day.
This reminded Sheila of Cinderella.
One day she had enough, and decided to leave. She escaped while Mrs. Levine was out one day. Sheila hid in the ally in a box, and used and old blanket to keep warm. It was old, ripped, and covered in food stains, but Sheila didn't care.
Early the next day ,Sheila woke up. then saw a beautiful fairy sitting right next to her looking at her. "Ahh! What are you doing here?" asked Sheila
"I know your life is really bad here. That is why I'm giving you the privilege of your very own wings. Just wash in the Doe River. Good luck." Then she disappeared in a very bright light.
