The First Branch of government is Legislative: is made up of the House and senate known collectively as the Congress.The legislative branch makes all laws, declares the war, regulates interstate and foreign commerce and controls taxing and spending policies.

The Next branch is Executive branch of the United States government consists of the president, the vice president and 15 Cabinet-level executive departments.

The Judicial Branch interprets the constitution and other laws and it reviews lower - court decisions. It shall be vested in one supreme Court and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may Ordain.

It helps the local government and other places.At the first level is the county government. Sometimes these are called boroughs. The next level is the city or town government. The powers and responsibilities between counties and cities can widely from state to state. In some states there is almost no county government, where in others the county is an important part and may be responsible.
