to my country america

Once upon a time, there was a convention that set up the whole entire government for the U.S. It made up three branches of government: legislative, judicial, and executive.

blah blah blah

blah blah blah
Legislative is the branch that makes up all of the laws. Executive is the branch that carries out the laws. Judicial is the branch that interpret the laws. Without these branches it would be complete anarchy.

You might be asking which one is the most powerful? The answer is neither, all of them are balanced. The U.S. uses this thing called checks and balances.

What can the executive branch to keep the other branches in check. First to the judicial branch they can appoint judges. Which means they can pick them for federal cases and prosecutions. To the legislative the can veto them. Which means they can reject a bill that congress makes, and can come back with a change in it.

What can the judicial branch can do? First to the executive branch they can declare that the President's action are unconstitutional. It means telling them what they are doing is not following the constitution. Finally to the legislative branch they can say the acts they are doing is unconstitutional. It means what they are doing is not following the constitution.

What can the legislative do? First to the executive branch they can impeach the president. It means to get rid of him. Can override a veto. It means they can make the bill go through. Can reject appointments. Which mean they can the president appointments that the President makes with anyone. Finally they can refuse to approve treaties. Which means they can make treaties.

Finally what can legislative can do to the judicial branch? They can impeach judges. It means that they can get rid of federal judges. Finally they can reject the appointments of judges. Which means they can cancel judge going to a federal case.

I hope you now understand about checks and balances, that all three branches use.
