Happy Reading and Writing!!!

It was a whimsical day, almost magical...like anything could happen. The sun and moon seem to stand and stare down on us at the same time. The wind seemed to sing a tune from several different songs: rough and harsh heavy metal to soft and light jazz. Looking to the left the sky appeared dark, gray, and gloomy. Looking to the right was bright, puffy clouds with a rainbow draped across the sky. It felt like anything could happen.
And it did...
Woo... Woo...Woo...shh...Shh...SHH....Ahhhhhh!!!! The roof, what happened to the roof! Heavy winds filled the room, swirling the living room curtains around like a lion's whip. Crash, Bang, Pop, CHANG! Dishes seem to leap from the cupboards: spoons, knives, and forks fell to the ground. Sand from the outside began to flood the kitchen, while the dinette table floats up into the sky. "Danny, hold on!" Tyler shouted. Tyler was able to grab a broom that was wedged under the fridge. Anchoring himself to a pillar, he stretched the broom towards Danny.
The bristles from the broom inched closer...and closer grazing Danny's finger-tip, then whoosh, Danny's grasping fingers couldn't hold on any longer.
"Danny!!!", Tyler screamed as the wind quickly snatched Danny away. Just like that, Danny vanished into a dark and hungry cloud. A lonely tear ran down Tyler's face, leading the way for several to follow.
Mid-day turned into midnight in a blink of an eye. The world seemed so silent and cold, now that Danny has disappeared. The town was now completely destroyed. Huddled in a corner(of what use to be the living room) thoughts flood Tyler's mind: "What am I going to do? Where is Danny? Is he Okay? Where are all the other people?"These thoughts raced over and over with no answer. "What am I going to do without my brother?"
"No, I can't let this happen, I must find my family!" Tyler leaped up, grabbed an old backpack from the use to be closet.
Tyler made his way through the rumble. He was determined that nothing would stop him.
Until...
Woo!!! Woo!!! Woo!!! Shh...Shh....Shh... It was that mysterious sound the wind made right before Danny was taken. Tyler whipped around to see a raging tunnel of wind, whirling behind him, in a fixed position. Tyler's heart began to race in fear, which quickly turned into anger. "What do you want, Huh?!" "Taking my family wasn't enough? Did you come back for me too?" he shouted-while throwing his fist into the air. The wind tunnel stood before him like a giant man, and just like that, it vanished into a cloud above. "Wait...come back! You come back, right now! Take me too!" At Tyler's request the tunnel of wind appeared again and started swirling around him. Sand and leaves slapped him in the face. the wind swirled faster and faster. Tyler began to see blue, yellow, and white lights f;ash before his squinting eyes. Woo!!! Woo!!! Woo!!! Shh...Shh....Shh... blared in his ears. His feet began to lift off the ground. The wind felt like it was beating his chest arms, legs, and face. Pain began to surge through-out his body, when suddenly Tyler blacked-out...
Tyler slowly blinked his eyes. Ooh-o! He moaned as if he was waking from a long slumber. He moved heavy like a giant black bear. His vision still blurry, yet he could see: several large, cylinder-looking shapes floating in the sky. The moon seemed a little weird, instead of a round sphere hanging in the sky, the moon appeared: oval with five rings, wrapped around the center. Each rings, was lit up a different color: red, turquoise, violet, gray, and green. "Wait...What...Where am I?" Tyler heart pounded with fear and confusing. He scanned around the strange area. This was not his neighborhood..."I don't think this is my own planet." "Where am I?"he questioned with in himself.

The giant oval shaped moon-looking thing, brighten the sky almost like the sun but it also seem to generate a cool breeze. STRANGE?!? Tyler heard the sound of the ocean, he turned around and to his surprise- a large body of water wasn't connected to land, but hovered mid-sky. "Wow! he stared at the body of water that flowed across the sky, but never touched the ground. "Human Tyler!" he heard a voice behind him called him: Human Tyler?
He thought to himself as he turned around to see a being that stood- almost seven feet tall. Tyler's eyes widen to taken in this colossal being towering over him. Tyler's knees knocked a rhythmic tune as they shook with fear. The being stood there, staring with his translucent skin, that seem to glow with yellow and red circuits. There was a blue light that pulsed with a slow steady beat. The head- a huge oval shape, with black eyes, and purple lips. The limbs seem to be the same lanky-length. "Human Tyler, we have been watching you and your family on Earth for sometime". Tyler just stood there, staring-not sure whether to run screaming or ball-up under a rock and cry. " We rescued families from Earth minutes before its collapse." "What?!?", Tyler found his voice. The colossal translucent being continued, "The Earth is several hundred million years old. We rescued you and your family hours before Earth went spiraling through air, space, and time- creating an imbalance within your world."
Tyler felt like his head was spinning because of this breaking news of the Earth spiraling to its boom. Beads of sweat pop-up all over his forehead and ran down his back. His knees felt like they would buckle beneath him. The being must have noticed Tyler was under the weather, because he offered him a glowing drink that would restore him to 100% human capacity usage. Tyler was skeptical at first, whether to trust this alien or not, but he did just save him from a spiraling doom.
Tired and feeling extremely weak, like something was weighing him down... he stretched out his hand to accept the drink offering, but it hits him..."Wait?, Did you say you saved my family, too"? The being seemed to go a tad stiff, as he held the glowing drink, that now seems to have... started to bubble. "Yes, we rescued your entire Earth family. "Where are they I need to see them! Tyler demanded. "Human Tyler you need to drink before your human capacity is depleted. "No, I need to find my family first". The being seem to grow another seven feet and the atmosphere shifted from calm to dark and troubling mood.

The face that was bland from expression, now morphed into an enraged stare. The blue light that pulsed with a steady slow beat- accelerated at an increased pace. Tyler knew that he was no longer in a good situation. Tyler had a clever thought to pop into his mind. "Ohh, I fell so weak, I might faint". The being's size reduced back to seven foot, the pulsing blue-light was a calm tempo, and its face returned back to a bland expression.
Colossal extended the glowing tonic towards Tyler. Tyler's hand reached slowly towards the container with trembling fingers, Tyler grasped the glowing bottle and slowly brought the liquid to his lips and suddenly... with a quick motion, Tyler splashed the concoction in the face of the alien. The colossal being skin started to bubble and giant boils began to form on his translucent skin. Its eyes oozed with foam.

The giant being toppled over like lumber . Tyler took this opportunity to escape. Tyler ran, and ran, and ran until he came to the end of a cliff. Frantic with the idea that the alien would catch him, he leaped off the side and slid down the rough and rugged rocky slide. Grass, rocks, and dirt kicked up and hit him in the face. By the time Tyler reached the bottom he looked like a dust-ball: blades of grass danced around in Tyler's hair. Dirt was caked on his face and arms. His shirt and jeans-ripped and worn from the rocks, nestled on the side of the hill.
Tyler had finally stopped tumbling down the rough path. He laid flat on his tummy. He knew he needed to get up and continue running, but his body wouldn't let him, his legs and arms refused to move, due to the pain parading through his body. Even though his limbs were on strike, his senses seem to be on full alert. He felt a presence slowly drawing near to him. Tyler figured if he just lie still maybe the colossal alien being would not see him. This was poor thinking on his part, now the presences was hovering right over him. Tyler's face was planted in the dirt, but from his side-view he saw a shadow of a hand, coming towards his right shoulder.
