To my teachers, the ones who got me into writing.

"Krissi! Krissi! Look what I found in my locker!!!" Nicki yelled. Now Krissi had no interest in what Nicki found but she went downstairs anyways. "What is it?" Krissi asked. "A note!" "About?" The girls started to fight. There parents heard them and found them yelling at each other. "Split it up you too!" Their dad said. They immediately stopped and went upstairs to talk. "It says that a girl named Lea wants to be your friend!" Krissi said after she quickly read it. "Cool!!" Nicki exclaimed.

The next day when Nicki went to school she found Lea and told her that she could be her friend. That day they ate there lunch together, played at recess together, and sat next to each others desks. At the end of school Nicki asked Lea if she wanted to come over. "Yesssssssss!!!!" Lea screamed! "Shhhhhhhh!!!!!!!" "Sorry Nicki!" "Come on Lea lets go!"

When the girls got home Krissi was waiting for them "Hi Lea! I read the letter you gave Nicki." "Hi-" "Krissi." " Hi Krissi! What should we do?" They decided to play tag outside. "Lea's it!" Krissi yelled. The girls played till dinner. "Dinner!!!" mom yelled. "What are we having?" Lea asked. Dad said pizza. The girls cheered. After dinner Lea's mom picked Lea up. The girls said their goodbyes to each other.

The next day Lea was not at school. "She must be sick." Nicki said to herself. So she played with her other friends. At recess Nicki and her friends were talking and suddenly someone jumped on Nicki and yelled "BOO!!!" Nicki screamed and turned around and saw Lea standing there. "Lea!!" Nicki shouted. They hugged. "Where were you?" Nicki asked. "My mom slept in." So the girls started talking again.

After school Lea asked if Nicki could come over and play. "Of course!!!" she replied. The girls scampered the Lea's house. "So, want do you want to do?" Lea asked. Nicki replied with a "Ummm!" Then at the same moment they shouted "Lets play school!!!" The delighted girls raced to Lea's room. They had to move some things around. "I'm teacher!" yelled Nicki. "Then I'm student!" responded Lea. They started to play.
