A Bunny
By Emilee Tyler
So much depends upon
a little bunny.
So fluffy and cute,
hiding inside his tiny house.

Sacred tree of life
By Austin
The sacred tree of life,
Speaking to those who have passed on into heaven
And giving people permission to give birth
Allowing squirrels and birds to rest on its long trunk,
Choosing how long people live and how healthy they are
The incarnation of God as a tree, never to be touched by mankind,
During the night it gives off a bright glow to give the owls light.
It stands still on the smooth, grassy hill, with its crisp, gold leaves.

Nature
By Maya Bailey
Butterflies flying
flying to a flower
drinking nectar til it’s full.
Bees make honey
in their hive
working hard
until they're done.
Flowers are so beautiful
they help
butterflies, bees,
and all those bugs.
The Little Boston
By Sara Ashley
In a building far away
Sat many puppies that day
There was Rudolf, Dasher, tiny, and Maggie May.
Cute, sweet, crazy she is
Colors of black and white and brown I say
She barks and likes to lick your face
We love our Boston terrier.

The Tree
By Leo B.
So much depends on a tree
filled with gold maple leaves
producing fresh air beside the
old cabin.

The Doberman
by Nevaeh
Remi, big and brown,
thinks he is small.
Cute and clumsy
slobbery and
wet!
Excited to
go on
adventures
with you.
Carly the Hamster
by Alijah Chrun
Nice
Playful
Joyful
Loving
Patient
She's soft
She’s a dwarf hamster
She is a cute
She smells like peanuts
She is tiny
My hamster is a dwarf
waiting to be played
within a cage lonely and tiny and loving and
joyful when she is eating
she eats like a monster.
After she eats, she
smells a
hamster glazed
with peanut smell.
Also, she is glazed
with light brown fur.
Bear
By Leo C.
My dad said we were going to the store
And I said woo and as soon as
I got there, I saw a beautiful,
graceful stuffed bear that was
in a corner left to die
By himself and when we were in
The car, I could feel his happiness.
MR. TIGER
BY CHRISTINA HERFINDAHL
He is soft as silk
my Mr. Tiger
He is fluffy orange
with nice bold black stripes
my Mr. Tiger.
His nose is like a peach fruit
sparkling in the moonlight.
He sits on my bed in the day
not the night and
he is in my arms
in the night and the moonlight.
My Mr. Tiger.

Hawaii
by Jacob
I could see the fish, so pretty, same with
The beautiful water, also the cool volcano
I could hear the beautiful waves splashing
I could hear the chirps of the seagulls
I could feel the nice warm water
I could feel the warm air too.

The Bad Storm
By Lizzy
Boom! boom! boom!
Went the thunder.
Tap, tap, tap,
went the rain.
We all sat down to practice math facts.

Whooo! whooo! whooo
went the wind,
The tree outside was being
blown to the side.
The lights glitches before turning off,
The teacher then came with a flashlight.
We went into the halls where the emergency lights were on,
and played games and read books before our parents came to pick us up.
Flowing in
The water is a
Green and striped
Fish with a puffed up
Tail.
If he were
A bit bigger he would
Not fit through the
Hole in the structure.
Suddenly, an explosion of colorful
Wiggles into view
Up to the surface
He goes as if he were floating.
Blub blub blub is
The sound
He makes
As he blows bubbles.
Ca and Begira
By Gabriel Rodriguez

I hear the waves crashing what a sound
And see the seaweed on the ground.
I hear the wind blowing what a breeze
I feel the cool water that nearly made
me freeze.

THE BEACH
By Rafaela
I see the seagulls way up high
And see them squawking in the sky.
I see the sand right by the water
And feel it as it makes me hotter.

The Cherry Blossom Tree
By Ingrid Jonassen Peters
The Cherry Blossom Tree
Is the pink tree in the middle
Of the park spreading her pink
Leaves, her delicious cherries
Brightening people's days and at night
Her wood glows gold
This fair tree can only be touched
By the most kind and gentle creatures
Of the land.

Maple Leaf Tree
By Lluna
Maple leaf tree, oh Maple leaf tree
How you stand there in the summer glaze
Every day in that little park
Where your slightly glossed
Maple leaves
Make people want to stay and stare.
Maple leaf tree, oh Maple leaf tree
When it comes to the heavy Fall
Your Maple leaves wash away and your
Left with just a couple branches and a long
BIG trunk you have
And just soon enough nothings
Left, just the tiniest speck of nothing.

JUMBO JET
By Lotus Julian Artley
Jumbo jet, long and tall
It’s big, it’s fast and that’s not all.
Engines whirring, it flies through the air
Carrying passengers from here to there.
The pilot guides the colorful plane.
With its pointed nose, and super-wide wings,
Flying through the air as fast as can be.
The jumbo jet is a sight to see.

Chewie
By Leah Bledsoe
Chewie
Kind and sweet soft and cute.
He will always lay with me at night.
He is cute but he always gets into stuff.
And he always goes on the tables
it is so funny and he loves to run around
and love to chase birds and cats
The Orange Soccer Ball
by Josh Cole
So much depends
upon the
orange soccer ball
kicked
sitting
in the back of the net.
MEXICO
By Evan
See clear water, tiny jellyfish
Large stingrays.
Hear kayaks paddling, people laughing
Breaking waves.

See clear water, tiny jellyfish
Large stingrays.
Feel prick of a jellyfish sting, cool water
Warm breeze
The perfect place for a good
Snowcone.
Las Caletas Mexico, peaceful.
The Shiny Lake
By Helen Luu
So much depends on
The shiny lake that
lays nicely beneath the
shining sun
Fish and plants live
In the shiny lake
The waters look like a shiny silk
That was sewn together
Into a big shiny lake.
