Prologue-3000 years ago

It was a black starry night in the world of PKMN. There was a peaceful sound of Noctowl hooing. When suddenly... ZOOM! A black Pokemon zoomed across the sky. It is called Necrozma. Necrozma created some weird diamond shaped things of almost every colour and shading. After that, it created pedestals to put the diamond shaped things in. Necrozma also controlled Pokemon to guard the pedestals. It hoped a person would be strong enough to get all 7 crystals and the other 11 crystals.

But still then, Necrozma still had a few more crystals under its possession.

Chapter 1- Nebby the Cosmog

"Hey cousin," said someone. "Did you know that I am also known as Professor Kukui?" he asked. I asked the professor if I could get my Starter PKMN with Hau,my friend today. "Sure why not," he told me. I had been waiting for it forever, I was finally getting my Starter Pokemon.

I walked to the lab before someone screaming "Oh no, Nebby don't stay there,". At that moment, thoughts flashed through my mind."Who in the world is Nebby?" I thought. "Who said that?" I thought to myself again.

I went to Mahalo Trail and saw that a girl was standing with a Cosmog on the bridge. The girl quickly explained that her name is Lillie and that Cosmog is named Nebby and she saw some Spearow trying to attack it.

After that, I went on the worn, wooden bridge to get Nebby back. When I held it, it was so light.

Suddenly, Nebby did something to break the bridge. "Umm, am I dreaming," I thought. Suddenly a Pokemon that is yellow and black swooped and caught me and Nebby. "Holy," I said out loud. "Is that Tapo Koko, the island deity of Melemele Island," I said again as my jaw fell open. Suddenly, it zoomed off in the blink of an eye. After that, me and Lillie walked to the to Hau's house.

Chapter 1-Rowlet

As soon as we got to the lab, Lillie introduced herself as Professor Kukui's assistant."Wait, you aren't a Pokemon Trainer and you are the professor's very own assistant," I gasped as a hand flew to my chest.

Suddenly, Hau came into the conversation. "Oh hi Ivan, I wasn't expecting to see you here," Hau said putting his arms behind his forehead while smiling.

"Let's choose your starter PKMN," Kukui said directly after that.

Hau agreed. "Here, you two are the first ones here, choose whoever you want," Kukui explained.

"OK, there is Rowlet, Litten and Popplio," I thought.

Suddenly, Popplio shook and its eyes turned spiral.

"Popplio is unable to battle which means the winner is Ivan!" Hala announced.

"Good battle Hau, no hard feelings right?"I asked him.

"Yep, no hard feelings," Hau replied.Lillie ran over to me and Hau.

"Let me heal both of your PKMN,"she insisted as she took out her potions and revives.

She healed my Rowlet from the Disarming Voice and she revived Hau's Popplio and Pichu.

Then I got my Rotom-Dex from Professor Kukui.

Lillie went with me to the PKMN School. She told me about some Ultra Beasts while we were walking there...

Chapter 1- Versing Hau

Hau sent out Pichu. I sent out my level 12 Rowlet.

"I'm so pumped," Hau laughed as he pretended to faint.

"Use Astonish!"I said to Rowlet. Rowlet then suddenly turned its head around and then scared Hau's Pichu, causing it to faint.

"OK, go Popplio!" shouted Hau as he sent out a level 11 Popplio."Now use Disarming Voice!" ordered Hau.

"Rowlet don't fall for it, block it with Leafage!" I shouted so loud that Rowlet could break out of the Disarming Voice.

Suddenly, Rowlet used Leafage but with bigger leaves!

I quickly ran into the wild grass. Suddenly a PKMN appeared. It was a Pichu."Oh,so cute," I thought. "Go Rowlet!" I exclaimed as I sent out Rowlet. "Rowlet," my Rowlet said soothingly. I couldn't catch the Pichu but I leveled up my Rowlet to level 9 from the Pichu. After that, I trained my Rowlet up to level 12. Suddenly, I heard Hau's grandfather, Hala starting the festival.

I zoomed off from the grass quickly. When I got to the festival, Hau was standing on a pedestal. I stepped on the pedestal because I guessed that we were going to battle. Yep, we were going to battle. "Battle begin!" shouted Hala as he smiled.

I then decided that I would get Rowlet. Hau decided that he would get Popplio. After we picked our starters, Professor Kukui gave me a Z Power Ring. I jerked my head back the second after I saw it. Lillie then explained that Tapo Koko dropped a Z Stone. She then found it and gave it to Professor Kukui. After that, Kukui used it to make a Z Power Ring for me since Lillie isn't a trainer.

"You need to go to the festival to battle Hau in a battle,"Professor Kukui said.

"Luckily I have the type advantage,"I muttered under by breath.

"OK Ivan, let's get some PKMN before we battle!" Hau exclaimed immediately.

Chapter 1- The PKMN School

When we got to the PKMN School, a boy probably 11-19 years old came out and introduced himself as Llima. After introducing ourselves, Llima told us he was the captain of the first trial. He also told us that if I want to start his trial, I need to beat 3 decently strong children. Llima looked at me strongly and muttered under his breath "Please beat the children, Ivan" quiet enough for no one to hear except myself. I then rushed into the school to find the first child. I found him... and asked him if I could challenge him to a battle. He told me that he was a preschooler and his name is Joey.

Umm, a 4 year old child can go to school?" I thought to myself as I frowned and narrowed my eyes.

"Go Metapod!" he shouted. The green cocoon looked at me very closely.

"Go Rowlet," I said. "Use Astonish!" I told Rowlet.

Rowlet then turned around and caught Metapod by surprise.

Metapod had a heart attack apparently and used Harden to stop itself from having a heart attack next time.

"Now, use Leafage!" I shouted to Rowlet while I put up a playful grin.

Then,Rowlet instead used Razor Leaf! I was shocked!

Right then..."How did it learn Razor Leaf but I won't complain," I thought.

Metapod hung in there apparently.

"Use Harden!" Joey cried.

"Finish it off with Astonish!" I told Rowlet at the exact same time.

Suddenly, there was so much smoke but when it stopped, Metapod was lying on the floor with some spiral eyes.

I covered my mouth with one of my hands.

"The next trainer should be ready," Joey told me as I kneeled.

"Thanks for the batte," I said as I walked away.

"No problem," he replied.

I went into the school.

The school looked pretty good.There were a lot of classrooms with colourful green and yellow walls all around the school. There were even different levels with stairs connecting them. "Look at that!" I thought.

I finally found the next person but she is a teenager. She explained her name is Hiromi. After talking, we started battling.

"Go Pikipek!" Hiromi said as she sent out the little bird.

"OK, we have to make this quick and steady," I thought to myself as I bit my lip slightly.

"Go Rowlet, now use Astonish!" I told Rowlet.

"Rowlet," the Grass Quill Pokemon said.

Rowlet then disappeared and reappeared above Pikipek's head and made a very frightening face... well at least to Pikipek it did. Pikipek immediately fainted after that...

"Wow, you really are strong, your Rowlet is very fast," Hiromi told me as she barked some laughter out of her mouth.

The final trainer was ready... I was walking to him when suddenly Lillie came over and gave me the "Hidden Power" move TM. She said she already analyzed Rowlet's values and that its Hidden Power is Water. "Thanks Lillie for noting me," I told Lillie impressed at her.
