

Hi! I'm Tammy the kitty cat. As you can tell, I'm a little overweight. I've been trying to exercise to lose my chub. Before I did, I researched a little bit.




There are many side effects to not exercising, some of which I've been experiencing. I have been feeling depressed and have a very high blood pressure because of my lack of exercise. Also, I'm at a higher risk for diabetes and certain cancers.


But, the right amount of exercise can help! 60 minutes or more of exercise a day is the perfect amount for you and me! If you get any lower, you're not at the healthy level. I was at that point prior to this book. But now I feel better than ever!



I have been feeling a lot better since I have been exercising! I have been more happy, and I've lost weight. Also, I now have a lower chance of heart attacks and type two diabetes. My blood pressure had gone down and my bones have become stronger, and so will yours if you exercise! If you're feeling down, exercise! It will make you have more energy, be in a better mood, feel more relaxed, and sleep better. Exercise will help not only your outside body, but your mind.
