Once there was a little girl named Haley. She was 4 years old and an only child.
One day her parents thought she needed a pet. Then the next they came home with Hank, a Husky puppy.

Haley and Hank grew to be the best of friends, they did everything together! They went to the park together, beach together, ate dinner together, then went to bed together.
Whenever people saw Haley, Hank was never far behind. Well that is until Haley started growing up an going to school and making new friends.
Hank started to notice that Haley was never around anymore and he had no one to go on walks with anymore during the day. When she was home she did not want to go on adventures anymore, but he did, so that is exactly what he did.
Haley returned home from school to find Hank gone. She went and searched for him, no luck. Hours passed and Hank was still gone. He had never just disappeared before, everyone was worried sick, except him of course.
He was having a blast! Running in the woods all by himself, finding all new animals. Only one thing was missing and that was Haley. He missed her.
A few days passed with no sign of Hank. Haley thought he was gone forever, that she had lost her best friend.

Hank realized he missed Haylie and would rather go on adventures with her than alone, so he went home. He ran as fast as he could!
