To my family, friends and teachers.

Once apon a time, in the amazon rain forest, there lived a girl and her family. That girl was me. My family had just moved to the rain forest and I was always sneaking out to see the animals but one day, when I went out, instead of a search for animals, it was a game of life or death! Here is the story.
Well one day, I went out and guess what I saw. Come on, guess. OK, I'll tell you, I saw a hurt parakeet! It wing was stuck in a tree and it was hanging! It's sister would not leave her and she sat there, perched on the branch trying to help her sister.
Right when I thought things could't get any worse, a caiman appeared! I climed up the tree as fast as I could, but when I was half way up the caiman jumped and grabbed me! It pulled me underwater!
I was going to drown! I rustled with the caiman for a minute, until it let go. I scrambled up to dry land and ran for the tree but it was too late. The caiman grabbed me again and pulled me underwater. This time I was kicking furiously and the caiman let go. I swam to the surface and gasped for air.
I swam to dry land and climbed up the tree. By now the parakeets where flapping furiously. I sat up there with them for a while, talked and named them. The blue one (Aka the hurt one) is named Rosita and the purple one Paralett. Then I climbed up a little higher and got the Rosita's wing unstuck.
Once I got Rosita's wing unstuck the caiman slapped it's tail on the water and it scared Paralett and she went flying. Rosita started flying, that would hurt her wing even more! I tried to stop her but it was to late she was already flying!
At some point her wing hurt so much that she stopped flapping her wings! She started falling! Paralett chased after her!
There was one thing that I could do even though I knew I was risking my life. I jumped and caught Rosita & Paralett! OK you'll think this is funny but I did't think this far. WE WERE FALLING!!
As fast as I jumped off the branch I grabbed on to a vine and we swag to a tree farther away. "We barley made it" I thought.
"Sorry, caiman, you'll have to find someone or something else to eat." I yelled.
"Oh snap! I'll get you some day reiplied the caiman
