25/2017/2018

7th February. There was a Carnival Party on the first floor. Some students and teachers had funny clothes on them. There were knights, princesses, fairies, wizards with black cats, Batmen, Supermen and many more. We danced and took part in competitions.

8th February. Several students from grades IIIA, 7 and teachers met Tom from Great Britain, who visited our school. He is a photographer who takes photos of Polish forests. As an adult, he learned that he had Asperger's syndrome. The topic of the discussion was "How to live?"

21st February. There was the Inter-school Table Tennis Tournament for the Cup of Wołomin Starost in Klem-bów, north-east of Warsaw. Teams from 12 centers played table tennis. Our school was represented by: Anita T., Klaudia S., Diego F., Piotr G., Jerzy P., Oktawian K. Diego, Piotr and Klaudia won medals.

21st February. Students from ZTD and ZTE visited the Archaeological Museum. They learned how people used to write books, how they used to bind and illustrate them. Then the students made their own initials. They are our students' souvenirs from the museum.

1st March. Students from Grade 1A went to the National Stadium. They saw an exhibition of things composed from LEGO blocks. There was even a statue of Robert Lewandowski! Then our students composed their own things from LEGO blocks.

6th March. Students from Grade 6 and Gymnasium went for a walk to find the tracks of the November Uprising of 1830. They visited Belweder Palace and Łazienkowski Park. In the photo they are standing in front of the king Jan III Sobieski monument.

8th March. The best table tennis players from schools in Warsaw, Siedlce, Otwock, Wołomin, Łosice, Ignaców and Gostynin played in Siedlce, located east of Warsaw. The best players from Weterynaryjna were Klaudia St., Magda P. and Diego F.

6th March. At the tenth Talent Exchange at Skaryszewska our students won some prizes: Conrad B. for singing a song, Klaudia St. and Diego F. for some dances, Anna Sz. for a painting.

9th March. The wife does shopping and the husband reads his magazi-nes. Is that OK? No, it isn't. Women's Day at Weterynaryjna. There was a cabaret show with dances and songs. The students learned jobs their mums and aunts do.

22nd March. Students from Grade 6 and Gymnasium went for a walk to find tracks of the Warsaw Uprising of 1944. They went from PASTA building to the monument of the uprising at Krasińskich Square.

26th March. We welcomed spring by opening a new school project "Fall in love with the garden". Students presented a series of photos of gardens in various styles: Japanese, French, English and rural. They were dressed like gardeners, flowers, insects and birds. Older students were wearing historical clothes from our school depot.

27th March. There was an Easter Sale on the ground floor at Weterynaryjna. All the things were made by our students and teachers. In 2018 Easter was on 1st April.

28th March. For the second time Ms. Beata P. visited our school. Younger students got seventy Teddy Bears. We thanked Ms. Beata and gave her some of our paintings from Jezuicka.
