Hello.

My name is Secret and I am a Story Dog.

I wasn't always a Story Dog.

This is my story.

For the first 5 years of my life, I didn't live in a house.

I lived in a kennel with a little run and a high fence.

I couldn't move about much and no one talked to me.

I just stayed inside my fence and looked out at the world.

I didn't see people except when they fed me and I never saw children.

I was sad..

Then one day something happened and changed my life forever.

A lady came to see me. She said she was going to be my mum.

The lady was Natalie.

I was so happy. I had a person.

Natalie lived in a house.

I was allowed inside the house.

I was like a person.

I was so lucky.

I had a new animal best friend too. Her name was Molly.

Molly was an old cat.

I even had a rabbit called Lolly.

I was very happy for a long time. Then my best friend Molly got sick. She died. I was brokenhearted.

My mum was so sad too.

My mum decided to get us both a new special friend.

Along came Ms Fergie.
