It was a warm June day at the San Junipero beach. Sally the Sea Turtle was enjoying the warm waters and thriving jellyfish.

Sally suddenly realized that it was almost July, and it was time to lay her eggs. She asked herself where she should lay her eggs this year.

Sally had heard of five popular destinations for sea turtles to lay their eggs. She decided to gather some information about the pollution of the beaches, and her own beach, then decide whether she should travel to lay her eggs, or stay in San Junipero.

The first place Sally asked about was the beaches of India. She found that there was a pretty high pollution rate there, so she decided to keep looking.

She asked other sea turtles about the pollution on the beaches of Zakynthos Island, Florida, Mexico, and Brazil. She found a variety of pollution rates.

It was time to do some testing on her own beach in San Junipero. She predicted that the pollution would be pretty low, since she rarely saw garbage on the shores or in the water.

Sally found that the pollution rate at San Junipero beach was fairly low, so she decided to stay there and lay her eggs.

Sally was scared to leave her eggs because she didn't know if they would stay healthy without her. But she trusted her instincts that the beach would be safe.
