Romeo was a young guinea pig of the Montague family.

Juliet was a fairly younger guinea pig of the Capulet family.

These families are what it seems to be at war with each other.

Romeo gets invited on accident to the Capulet guinea pig party. He thinks Rosaline will be there, so he is very excited to go.

Romeo turns to his cousin, Benvolio for help to get her to love him. Benvolio replies with "Forget about Rosaline, you will find someone way better!" So Romeo and his gang get ready for the party.

While at the Capulet Cage, where Juliet resides in her angel costume, Romeo and his friends show up and are ready to dance.

As the party slides into the night, Romeo sees Juliet and is in awe. He has never seen any girl as beautiful as Juliet.

Later that night Romeo finds Juliet outside her cage gazing into the stars whispering "O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo?".

Romeo steps into the spotlight of the moon and confesses his love for Juliet. He insists they get married in the next 3 days.

Poor Romeo and Juliet both know that neither of their families will approve of this. Three days later Romeo and Juliet are wedded in secret to prove their undying love for each other.

Both Romeo and Juliet leave a note for their loving families telling them that they are running away and that they will never come back. They feel bad for disobeying their parents, but this is what is right for them.

I love you Mom and Dad. I am leaving with Romeo because I love him

Because of love at first sight the two guinea pigs ran away together so they could love each other for eternity.

Once they ran away there was peace between the once quarreling families.

And they lived happily ever after....
