This is dedicated to my niece, Monique. Your creativeness continues to amaze me. I can't wait to see what you do next. Let your imagination soar.

Late one night, a spaceship landed deep in the woods. The door opened and a lonely little alien walked out.

"Hello, is anyone there?" asked the lonely little alien. But no one answered. He began to walk through the woods, hoping to make a friend.
It was almost morning when he reached the small town. Maybe there will be someone here I can play with, he thought.

The lonely little alien saw children playing. He wanted to play, too. But what if they don't like me because I'm different, he thought. He snapped his fingers.

That's better. Now I will have lots of friends, thought the lonely little alien. He smiled and waved to them.

"Dude, you're funny looking. Your head is too big and your eyes are gross!"

The children began to laugh and make fun of the lonely little alien. He felt very sad and walked away.
"Wait, don't go," said a little voice. "I will be your friend."

"My name's Zsu Zsu. I have lots of friends. Do you want to play with us?"

"Yes, please.
My name
is Squintz"

Zsu Zsu told Squintz to follow her. They walked until they came to a large house with many windows. Szu Szu held his hand and turned the doorknob.

When the door opened, Squintz was pulled into a vortex and began to spin around.

"Hello Friend, I am Hobnar, Ruler of the planet, Snokknokk. Welcome to our home. Everyone, come out and say hello to our new friend."

"I see you've met my daughter, Zsu Zsu."
"I'm Squintz, from the planet, Popcornia."

"Some of you look different than me."

"We are just like you, Squintz. We look different on the outside, but inside, we are all the same." Then Szu Szu began to change.
