Once upon a time, there lived a little girl called 'Christy', in the forest. She lived all by herself. She was only six years old ! It was a sad thing that her parents passed away while war, when Christy was three. She was really sad about that, but she lived with hope that good fortune is awaiting her. Christy knew English and French, but she knew only how much her parents had taught her before they passed away. She worked very hard in her small hut. She used to live in a huge apartment, but she had to leave it after her parents died. Christy went to town many times, but she didn't know anyone there. She ate the fruits of the forest.

Christy felt really lonely at her hut. She wanted some kind of companion, with whom she could spend her spare time with. But the question was, who is that companion ? Suddenly, a brilliant idea struck her. She decided to look for a pet ! She took her things and stepped out of her home. She decided to go to town, as she thought that she will find a good dog or a cat in town. She went step by step, and came across a farm. The farmer had thousands of animals, and he knew Christy's parents, so he was willing to give her a pet. But the farmer had sold all his pets, so he asked Christy to go to and old woman who lived down the street.

I'm sorry Christy. I sold all my pets.
Oh, ok.

When Christy visited the old woman, the woman said, "Oh dear ! I am sorry for you, child. I just gave the pup of my dog two minutes ago to a young man. Check if you might see him." When Christy went to the young man, he said, "Nah ! I cant resell this pup. My son wanted it. Go to the old marketplace. You might find a good pet. When she went there, she saw many pets, but the shopkeeper was rude, so he didn't allow her to buy one.

Christy went to a kind man, who gave her clothes in free. She asked him, but he replied, "Oh Christy ! I'm so sorry. I don't know of any pet to give you. But if you want, you can take my dog, in free !" Christy took one look at the dog, and saw that it was too ferocious. She said, "Um, no thanks. You can keep your dog, sir". She then was on her way back home, feeling sad that she couldn't find a pet. She just took some radishes from the kind man as she wanted to make radish soup tonight.

You can take my dog.

Look close. Something is following her since a long time.
