There once was a dog named Rudy,

who sometimes could be a little moody.

Rudy loved to sneak out and run about,

Giving his parents quit the fright.

Rudy’s parents would say,

“Why must you run away?”

But do you think moody Rudy cared?

Of course he did not, and still he roamed everywhere.

There was nothing that could keep him in.

You see, he loved to roam with his friend Glenn.

His parents installed a big iron fence,

Making sure to spare no expense.
