there was once an old plastic eggplant called 

Egbert witch was no longer a nice decoration for 

the kitchen, but anyway the family kept it 

because it was the baby´s favorite "toy".

It was a help full eggplant although the family 

didn't know,he was an intelligent decoration and it 

helped the real fruits and vegetables when they 

needed help

One day, Loopy the banana needed his help, and 

when the family was out he climbed into Egbert´s 

bowl to find an answer to his doubt.

-"Mr.Egbert, may I ask you something?"

-"Sure banana, what do you need?"

-"Well, you know i go to school?"

-"Yes,"

-"Well I have to hand this project about narrative 

writing and I'm not sure of how to do it, do you have 

any advice for me?

-Well Loopy, it depends on which narrative writing we 

are talking about, you know there are three of them.

-Yes I do, and my project is about the three of them, 

I have to do   a tutorial, to help others to write, could 

you help me?

-Yes, ill help you.

gbert and Loopy sat on the kitchen to read some 

information, and to make a clean copy.

-Loopy, take note of everything i say.

-Okay Mr.Egbert.

-There are three types of narrative writing, therse 

are biographical Narrative, personal essay and 

fictional narrative. You wrote that?

-Yes sir, can we start with personal essays?

-As you wish kid, is so boring here that I would 

even write your homework to do something...

well, let´s start!

In all three of them you have four crucial steps, 

these are prewriting, writing, revision and editing 

but you do them differently depending on the 

narrative writing. 

-Well Loopy, as you say we are starting with personal 

essays.

-Great, I know that in the prewriting you must select an 

important experience you had. Gather and organize details 

about it,   and in the writing you have to improve your 

work by making sure the events are clear and well-

ordered, and the voice is interesting.

-Perfect! you only need to add that you have to improve 

your work by making sure each step is clear and the 

process is complete in the revising and, in the editing you 

only have to check for style and accuracy, and prepare a 

final copy, the editing is always the same.

-Thanks! know we only need biographical Narrative and 

fictional narrative

-Well kid, we are doing biographical Narrative now, do you 

know something about it?

-Yes, its similar to the personal one in some aspects, only 

that you must do everything focusing on another person 

and not on you, select an important experience from 

ANOTHERS person's life. and on the writing you must also 

show why the experience was important to the person, the 

rest is more of the same thing.

 -Well done! I think i have nothing else to teach you then

-No, wait! I don´t know about fictional narrative could you 

tell me please?

-Sure, on the prewriting this is what you must do, 

Brainstorm, choose your characters, and map out your 

story, on the writing, simply write the narrative, and the 

revision and the edeting is the same that the other ones.
