George the Giraffe had lived in the zoo all his life. He was tired of seeing the same old things. So he left his house to find something new.

He traveled pretty far, looked near and high. He almost gave up.

George let out a sigh.

"Is there not anyone else in this big ole zoo!"

"Over here", said a voice "Just up ahead!"

George could see something in the distance it looked like a friend.

"Hi I'm Ellie", she said with a smile. "I'm glad you're here I've been here a while"

"Why do they have you in this cage?"

"I'm not too sure, I've been here for days."

"Take a step out I promise I don't bite, I'll have you back by the end of the night."
