Who are the Navy SEALS?

The Navy SEALS are the special forces for the US Navy. The Navy SEALS are made up of teams and the most prestigious team is team six, which is anti terrorism group. After 6 months of being a Navy SEAL and completing missions then you can apply for SEAL Team Six and DEVGRU. Navy SEALS stand for sea, air ,and land.

The Navy SEALS are the hardest military force to get into. The requirements to get in are the following:

Swim 500 yards Breast stroke or Side Stroke until you finish:

Push-up the max you can do in two minutes

Curl-up - the max you can do in two minutes

Pull-up the max you can do in two minutes

1.5-Mile Run until you finish

**A candidate must complete them in less than or equal to the above time to qualify to be a SEAL

Heck week is the biggest part of SEAL evolution. This is the week they try to weed the weak candidates out. They put the training SEALS through chaos while they work. They try to make the trainees quit by endless exercise and say stuff about how a guy died in a swimming pool before they jump in. They have little sleep during this week and this creates many challenges. Only the physically and mentally strong survive.
