The whole picture of government appeared firstly in Rome and Greece. As there were rulers, rules, and a hierarchy. Today a government is a secure group that helps with national events and works with a ruler. In our case that is the president. Governments also help deal with connecting with other countries. Like working out trade agreements or making tariffs. Governments are like a shield they protect and come in handy to attack. One big government movement was the Magna Carta. It was a document signed by King John of England👑. The Magna Carta stated that every one should be subjected to the law even the king so it limited his power at

king making it illegal for him to just "execute someone for looking at him." It also changed or tweaked the governments power too. This happened on June 15, 1215. This of course changed the history of rulers and government till this day. An important person in this is Stephan Langton who helped right the manga carta. If not written the government would be turned upside down and it would interfere with many peoples lives.

Exploration (1492)
Exploration is the reason we live here in the U.S. Thanks to old Christopher Columbus, even though the natives were there first. A lot of places were found by exploration. The main one though that is the most important to the U.S. is when Columbus sailed the ocean blue in 1492. Did you know though that he never stepped foot on North American soul and that he actually discovered parts of the Caribbean and the South American coast. One thing that helped all of these explorers though, is a compass.

Exploration Continued
Columbus is a very known explorer, but Ferdinand Magellan was a famous explorer as well. Magellan was an explorer who was the first to circumnavigated the globe. He also set out for Spain. Instead of landing in Soain though he landed on an island full of cannibals and got killed and eaten.

Colonization (16200
One of our most important colonization was the the pilgrims arrived at Plimithrock and colonized Massechusets. That in our history is where they met the wamponog indian tribe and had the Thanksgiving feast. The British also colonized Jamestown Verginia. Back to the pilgrims though. They were voyaging because of the strict government and church in England and sailed to what is now called New England. The home of the New England Patriots. And the pilgrims wouldn't have done it with out there ship. The Mayflower.

Scientific Revolution (1543)

The scientific revolution was a time where people where looking at how things work and the univers in a more scientific way instead of just listening to what the church tells you. One of them was Isacc Newton who figured out the gravitational pull from an apple falling on his head. "What goes up, must come down." Another important person in this was Galilao who by using a telescope inferred that all of the planets in our solar system revolve around the sun and not
the Earth.

Enlightenment (1685-1815)
The enlightenment was a big part of the Amrican history as it lead to the American Revaluation. It also lead to the full creation of the United states of America. John Locke was an important figure in this time period, as he made a central contribution to the development of liberalism. And an invention or in this case a document invented at the time was the great old constitution of independence.

Glorious Reolution (1688-1689)
The Glorius Revolution was when King James ll was overthrown by his own daughter Mary and her husband William of Orange. This all started with a disagreement in religion and King James ll who was a who was a catholic believer and his daughter who over threw him who was a protestant. The account of
Earl Dumbarton's made this
official with that document.

Absolute Monarchy (1643-1715)

This is an act made by rulers like king Louis XVl that gave them full power and had no laws to stop them from doing anything they wanted. Most kings would take this advantage to far an people started to protest. The Magna Carta was a document that limited the kings powers gave them rules and laws.

America Revolution (1765-1783)
The American Revolution was the American Patriots in the Thirteen Colonies won independence from Great Britain, becoming the United States of America. They defeated the British in the American Revolutionary War in alliance with France and others. The General of the American Revolution was the first president of the United States, Gorege Washonton. And weapons like cannons and guns is what helped them win.

French Rvolution (1789)
The French Revolution was a period of far-reaching social and political upheaval in France and its colonies beginning in 1789. The Revolution overthrew the monarchy, established a republic, catalyzed violent periods of political turmoil, and finally culminated in a dictatorship under Napoleon who brought many of its principles to areas he conquered in Western Europe and beyond. Inspired by liberal and radical ideas, the Revolution profoundly altered the course of modern history, triggering the global decline of absolute monarchies while replacing them with republics and liberal democracies.

An invention used during that time was the Guillotine, which was a machine that would behead people faster and easier than using an inquisitor and an ax.
Napoleon
Napoleon was a French statesmen and leader from elected vote and was the inspiration for Adolf Hitler. He dominated European and global affairs for more than a decade while leading France against a series of coalitions in the Napoleonic Wars. He won most of these wars and the vast majority of his battles, building a large empire that ruled over much of continental Europe before its final collapse in 1815. He is considered one of the greatest commanders in history, and his wars and campaigns are studied at military schools worldwide.

Latin American Revolution (1808 and 1829)
The Latin American Wars of Independence were the revolutions or a revolutionary wave, that took place during the late 18th and early 19th centuries and resulted in the creation of a number of independent countries in Latin America. These revolutions followed the American and French Revolutions which had profound effects on the British, Spanish, Portuguese, and French colonies in the Americas. Haiti, a French slave colony, was the first to follow the United States; the Haitian Revolution lasted from 1791 to 1804, when they won their independence.

The Mondragón rifle was a weapon invented in Latin America
and helped them win the war for independents.
