What is LISTENING?????

• -Listening is the key to all effective communication
• -It is the ability to accurately receive and interpret messages during communication
• -If one does not listen carefully, the messages can be misinterpreted and lead to serious consequences

The most basic and powerful way to connect to another person is to listen. Just listen.  Perhaps the most important thing we ever give each other is our attention.
