Football can be fun, but it can also be very dangerous

Football deals with a lot of head on collisions meaning your brain will shake a little bit every time you are hit. This is how most concussions happen, by several small hits contrary to common belief that one big hit gives most concussions.

When in doubt, sit it out. It is always best to play it safe and sit out when your head could be injured, never try to play through a head injury.
