Jimmy always loves going to school almost as much as he loves bunnies, but today was an extra special day for Jimmy.

Today, Jimmy gets to take Hoppers the class bunny home to live with him for weekend.

Before Jimmy took Hoppers home, his teacher told him that although bunnies are fun, they are also a responsibility.

But Jimmy was so excited to play with his bunny friend that he did not hear her.

Be sure to give him food and plenty of water every day.

Jimmy and Hoppers spent the whole weekend playing in Jimmy's room. They had never had so much fun before!

But Jimmy had so much fun that he did not remember what his teacher said. He did not give Hoppers food and water.

Hoppers was very hungry and very thirsty.
