Once upon a time, there was a ghost named Stingy Jack. Stingy Jack once made a very big mistake and got cursed! His curse was that every Halloween night he had to walk around in a spooky forest until he found the perfect jack-o'-lantern.

Now that it is Halloween, Jack began his walk through the forest in search of the perfect jack-o'-lantern to light his way back home.

Stingy Jack arrived at a small cottage in the forest.
"Maybe I will find the jack-o'-lantern I need here" he said.

Stingy Jack inspected the first pumpkin.
After taking a long look, Stingy Jack said "this pumpkin is much too wide and it is not tall enough".

Jack moved on to the next jack-o'-lantern.
"This one is too tall!" he exclaimed.

Jack was getting worried that he would not find the perfect jack-o'-lantern, until he saw the last one.
"Wow! This is the perfect jack-o'-lantern. It is not too tall or too short and not too wide or skinny. It is just right!" said Stingy Jack.

Now that he found the perfect
jack-o'-lantern, Stingy Jack no longer had to walk through the spooky forest, but could finally make his way back home.
