First peel and boil the potatoes.Then chop lettuce cucumbers pickles and onion.After that squeeze the lemon and mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl.Finally add oil,salt,chili pepper and serve it.ENJOY YOUR MEAL:)

To make rice pudding,first wash the rice and put it on fire with water.Boil the rice until the rice extends,add cold milk. Mix 1-2 times and allow to boil.Cook for 10 minutes with occasional stirring. Add sugar , mix and boil 1-2 minutes more.Divide the rice pudding into bowls.Bon appetit

Process of preparing 'cacık'
First, peel and chop the cucumbers. Put them in a bowl. Second, add yoghurt in the bowl and mix them. Next, pour cold water slowly and stir them. After that, add garlic and salt and stir again. Finally, add fresh mint and it is ready. Serve it cold! Enjoy it!
Cauliflower Cake
Ingredients:
400 grams cauliflower 2 glasses flour Half a glass of olive oil
3 eggs 1 teaspoon salt
2 glasses yoghurt 1 packet of baking powder
Process: First chop the couliflower and boil them in pot for 10 minutes and drain them. Second crack the eggs in bowl and whisk them. Then add oil, yoghurt, flour, salt, baking powder and whisk a little more. After that pour the mixture into baking tray and cook it at 180 degree for 30 minutes. Finally let it cool down for a few minutes. Bon appetite.

Process
First,pour 2 cups of flour into a deep bowl,crack 2 eggs,add a cup of water and knead it and add 1 table spoon of salt.
Second,spread the dough with a rolling pin and cut the dough into a shape of square.
Ingreadients of minced meat:250 gr minced meat,an onion,some black pepper and hot pepper,salt.
Then ,knead the mixture and put the minced meat into the dough.Next,boil ravioli in hot water.After that,strain it.
Finally,mix 5 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 clove of garlic.Fry 1 table spoon of tomato paste,a table spoon of butter a a little minced meat and pour the sauce on your meal.

First wash the rice and boil with 5 glasses of water.
After that, in an another bowl,mix the yogurt,flour,egg
Then,add this mixture to the boiling rice and stir constantly for 10 mins.
In another pan, melt the butter, add some tomato sauce and mint.
Finally,Put the yogurt soup in a serving bowl, pour the butter-tomato sauce on it.
Serve hot.

First , melt the butter in a pan. Second ,add cacao ,milk and sugar. Then , mix until it boils. Next , cut biscuits into small pieces. After that , toss chocolate pudding and biscuits. Make a dough. Finally, roll it into small balls. Wait it in the fridge. Enjoy it.

GRILLED MEATBALLS RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
500 grams of minced meat
One large onion, a clover of garlic
A glass of bread crumbs
An egg
A teaspoon black pepper
A teaspoon of red pepper flakes
A teaspoon of cumin
Two teaspoon of salt
THE PROCESS
First, put the minced meat in a large bowl. Second, peel and chop the garlic. Add the chopped garlic to the mince. Next, peel and chop the onion. Add the chopped onions into the bowl. Then, crack the egg into it. Add the bread crumbs. After that, add the spices and salt. Knead the mixture. Shape the mixture into small balls. Finally, grill the meatballs until they get dark brown about 15 minutes.
It goes well with a glass of ayran. Enjoy it!

*2 glasses of sugar *2 teaspoon of butter
*6 tablespoons of wheat starch
*2 packets of vanilin *1 teacup of flour
First put the milk, wheat starch, flour, butter and mastic gum into a pot and mix them constantly until it boils.
Then add the sugar and the vanilin and go on mixing until it thickens.

INGREDIENTS
-6 glasses of water -3 cloves of garlic
-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil -3 teaspoons of salt
-6 full tablespoons of sour tarhana ( dried dough of cornelian cherry, water, flour and onion)
STEPS
First, peel and chop garlic. Second, add oil and chopped garlic into a pot and fry the garlic. Then, pour the water and add sour tarhana. After that, sprinkle salt and stir constantly until it boils. Finally, let it boil two minutes and serve hot. Enjoy it.

Ingredients:
-1kg Hamsi(Anchovies)
-Oil
-2cups of corn flour
-Some salt
How to make:
First clean the anchovies and then wash them well and set aside.Sprinkle some salt on them.Then pour corn flour and coat the anchovies well.
Next heat some oil in a frying pan(or double side frying pan)
After that line up anchovies in the pan and fry it for 3-4 minutes until it is brown and turn anchovies and fry the other side.
Finally put fried anchovies on a plate and squueze some lemon on it .
Your Hamsi Tava is ready.Bon Appetit :)

The Process
First,we crack two eggs in a bowl and add sugar in it
Second,we mix them and add oil,flour,baking powder,vanilla,raisins.
Next,we mix them again.
Then,knead the mixture carefully and make soft dough
After that,we shape the dough round and put it on the tray.
Finally,Bake the cookies for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tops of the cookies are still soft with golden brown. Remove from oven and transfer the cookies to cool.
Now The Raisin Cookies are ready.

After that,add 12 tablespoons of sugar,1 packet of vanilla,cooked figs and cook all the mixture for a few minutes.
Finally,spread the mixture in a rectangular pyrex, sprinkle walnut on its surface and put it in the fridge.

15 walnuts

First, put apricots into water for 20 minutes. Second, put water and sugar into a saucepan. Next, add apricots into the saucepan and cook them for 15 minutes. After that, put cream and walnuts into apricots. It is very easy and tasty. Bon appetit!

Then, put the beans in a plate and pour half of tahini on it.Next, add the chopped onions, tomatoes and eggs. After that pour the rest of the tahini. Finally sprinkle the chopped parsley. For the Filling:1 pound ground beef or lamb, or a combination 2 medium onions, peeled and passed through a meat grinder (about 1 cup). Salt, to taste. Ground black pepper, to taste The making of gutabs :1.Make the dough, divide it into balls and begin rolling each ball 2.Spread some meat mixture on one half of a circle. 3.Fold the other half of the circle over the filling 4.Cook the flatbreads on a heated saj, then stack them on top of one another, buttering their tops while they are still hot.

First, put minced meat, salt and black pepper into a large bowl, and kneat it. Second, roll some small pieces of the mixture in our palms and prepare small meatballs. Next, chop the onions, then put the chopped onions and olive oil into the pot, and mix it until the onions get brown.Then, add tomato sauce and small meatballs. After that, add bouillon cube and pour water into the pot and boil it. When the soup boils, add green lentil, chickpea and noodle. Finally, heat it for 10 minutes. Sprinkle chili pepper and mint. -1 tsp of chilli pepper
-2 tsp of salt
-4 potatoes
-1 tablespoon of tomato paste
-4 tablespoons of oil
-2 glasses of water
Process:
First, put the mince,sliced bread and chopped parsley into a bowl. Add black pepper, cumin, dry mint, thyme, salt, chilli pepper and mix them.
Second, grate onion and garlic. Add grated oninon and garlic into the bowl.
Next, knead the mixture and shape the mixture into meatballs.
Then, peel potatoes and slice them. Fry the potatoes and meatballs and put them on the baking sheet.
After that, heat some oil and add tomato paste into the pan. Pour this mixture on meatballs and potatoes.
Finally, bake potatoes and meatballs in the oven. Serve it warm.

First boil the chicken into a pot and take it out after about 20 minutes.
Second add the ravioli to chicken broth and cook it about 10 minutes.
Next add the boiled chicpeas into the pot and stir it.
Then get ready the yoghurt souce with garlic, salt and yoghurt.
After that melt some butter in a soucepan and add red pepper and tomato paste.
Finally put ravolies with chickpeas into a plate, add yoghurt and pepper souce on it. Serve warm. Enjoy it.

First , take two slices of bread. Second, put some cheese ,tomatoes and pepper between them. Next, close the toast.Then, spread butter on the top of the toast and the bottom of toast.After that, put toast in toaster.Finally , ıt is ready to eat.You can serve it as soon as possible.

INGREDIENTS
*Homemade Noodles
*butter
*walnuts
*1.5 lt boiled water
PROCESS
first boil 1.5 lt of water.
Next sprinkle some salt in to the water. Then pour the noodles in to the boiled water. You should stir it after a while. Cook it about 8 or 10 minutes
After than drain it carefully.
Melt the butter in a saucepan
pour the melted butter into the noodles. Then toss the noodles.
Finally pour the walnuts on it.serve hot
