My goal is to increase my knowledge about both programs I am working with which are Planning for Independence program (PIP) and communication studies program (COMM) within one month and half.

Specific

 My goal is to increase my knowledge about both programs I am working with which are Planning for Independence program (PIP) and communication studies program (COMM). 

Measurable

Success can be measured by identifying the difference between the two programs, who are the students enrolled in each one and how each qualifies students for post-graduation.

Achievable

 To achieve my goal, I am planning to obtain some information from the TAs and EAs I work with about the students in each program and benefit from their experience in this field.

Unfortunately, I did not have time to do so during the classes time because we were always busy with supporting students; however, I overcome this barrier by conducting short conversations with TAs during lunch time and doing some research about each program.
