Marvin was tired and there was nothing for him to do.. He had just finished lunch and was watching Sesame Street. He decided it was time to get out his art supply kit. Marvin started coloring his new picture. After he was done, he put it on his magic bulletin board and fell asleep.

When Marvin woke up, he was at the pet store looking for a friend. There were a lot of different pets to look at. Fish, hamsters, birds, cats, frogs, dogs, and guinea pigs too! He wondered Which pet he should take home with him. That's when he saw the cutest dog and named him Murphy. You're going to come home with me buddy. What fun we will have together! While we are out, let's go to the park.

When Marvin got to the park, Murphy decided he wanted to play in the water with the ducks. No, you can't run away from me said Marvin. I just got you and you're my friend, Murphy. The next time I go to the pet store, I will buy you a leash.

Let's go see what other animals they have in the park to play with. So Murphy walked along with Marvin. There's a bunny you can play with. See, he's looking at you buddy!

Look, we have to go home soon. The sun is going down. There's not much time left today buddy, but We can watch the sun go down. The sunset will look so nice tonight.

I'm going to have to put my sunglasses on. Oh good! I have my camera in my pocket. I can take some pictures of you and the sunset before we leave.
