There once was a little fifth grader named Mickey. She loved learning and being at school. Mickey was a cute little girl with pink glasses, and she loved to sing!

One day at school some boys walked up to her singing. These boys were not being so nice to Mickey

hey, just a word of advice you would be a lot prettier with out the glasses and the ponytail

Mickey ran as fast as she could until she got home after getting off the bus that day all she wanted to do was cry.

Mickey was so upset she told her family they told her not to listen to them

The next morning as Mickey was putting on her glasses and getting ready to leave she decided not to put them on and she left for the bus

At school Mickey heard about a talent show and signed up

Just as she is walking away one of the boys walks to Mickey.

hello four eyes wheres your glasses. I was wrong yesterday you need the glasses to cover your huge forehead.

Mickey went the whole day sad but she kept calm and just thought about the talent show

Mickey spent hours getting ready she made sure she looked her best.

On stage Mikey sang her heart out but she was so nervous

After the show one of the boys came to talk to her
