Babies

A baby panda is called a cub. One of the main reasons why panda's are becoming extinct is because they have a long gestation and only have one baby after a very long period.

Baby Panda's are incredibly small, one cub weighs only about 100 grams!

What do Pandas eat?

Pandas cannot survive without a good supply of bamboo, as it makes up around 99% of their diet. 1% of their diet comprising other plants and even meat.
