One day Princesses Ashley and Melanie were playing the palace gardens. Princess Melanie stepped on an infected thorn and became very sick.

Princess Melanie is very sick and there is no cure except for drinking a cup of the magical Uraine Soup. However, Uraine Soup requires a scarce ingredient, known as Gertie Grass. Sadly, there is no Gertie Grass to be found in the entire kingdom. 

The doctor was called. He examined Princess Melanie.

Everyone was very sad and worried about Princess Melanie. Ashley sat with her elderly grandfather, King Harry, and learned where to find the Gertie Grass.
