Mr. Frank was on his way to go see the North Pole! He said, "I can't wait to see all the things that the North Pole has to offer!"

He climbed over mountains, hiked in the snow, and eventually made it to the North Pole!

He was finally here! After all his hard work, he finally made it to the North Pole! The first thing he did was fall asleep. The next day he awoke and started his discoveries!

The first thing he discovered, was that half of the year, the North Pole is always dark, and for the other half, the North Pole is light! So there is no day and night in the North Pole. This is because the North and South Pole are at the top and bottom of the Earth, so with the Earth's tilt and the Sun's sunlight shining onto the Earth there will be about 6 months of day and 6 months of night!
